Beekeeper (NectarPay)

Beekeeper Wallet for NectarPay Merchants (beekeeper.money)

The merchant wallet for NectarPay. See your balances in dollars, check today's sales, and get paid without fees.

Who this is forSmall business owners and merchants taking payments through NectarPay. It runs on the same seed phrase as every other Honest Money wallet, but the screen is built for a shop counter: how much did I take in today, what were the last transactions, what is that worth in dollars.
What you needA copper cold storage coin. Beekeeper is built for people new to crypto, so by default it will not let you start without one. (Experienced users can paste words instead; see Part 2.)
Same words, same walletImport your words here and you will see the exact same TXC address as in mobile.honest.money or wallet.texitcoin.org. Beekeeper is a different window onto the same wallet.
TaglineZero Fees. Trust the Bee.
  1. Open your coin following the Start Here guide: match the 6-character ID, peel the sticker completely, clear the glue with WD-40.
  2. On your phone, go to beekeeper.money.
  3. Tap Get started. Beekeeper asks for your copper coin.
  4. Tap Scan and point the camera at the laser-etched QR under the sticker. Your 12 words fill in.
  5. Set a password for this device. Your coin is your real backup; the password just locks the screen.
  6. You land on the merchant dashboard. Beekeeper scans your chains and shows a US-dollar value for what you hold.

Part 2: Already have words? Bypass the coin requirement

Beekeeper insists on a coin to protect brand-new users. If you already run a wallet elsewhere, you can paste your words instead.

  1. On the Get started screen, choose Paste words (or I have a seed phrase).
  2. Paste your 12 words.
  3. Read and tick every acknowledgement box. Beekeeper will not continue until you do. They exist because merchants who lose their words lose their sales.
  4. Tap Agree and continue, set a password, and you are on the dashboard.
  1. Open Settings, then NectarPay (merchant link).
  2. Sign in to your NectarPay merchant account when prompted.
  3. Once linked, payments taken through NectarPay appear in your Recent transactions with their dollar value at the time of sale.

What you will see on the dashboard

Balance in USDA headline number for everything in the wallet, converted to dollars. Tap it to see the per-chain breakdown.
Recent transactionsNewest first. Tap any row for the on-chain details.
ReceiveShow a QR code for a customer to pay you directly.
SendPay a supplier or move funds to your own cold storage.
On-ramp / Off-rampButtons for converting to and from dollars are in development and may appear or disappear as they are built. Do not rely on them yet.
More powerNeed swaps, extra chains, or advanced settings? Import the same words into mobile.honest.money. Nothing moves; you are just opening a bigger window.

TIP — End-of-day habit. Sweep the day's takings to your sealed cold storage coin's address (watch-only in Mobile Honest Money) and leave a working float in Beekeeper. Cash drawer, then safe. Same rule as always.

Troubleshooting

It will not let me start without a coinThat is by design. Either get a copper coin (free for TXC miners in the USA, see Start Here) or use the Paste words path in Part 2.
My balance looks different from Mobile Honest MoneyBeekeeper shows a dollar value and may hide chains you have not enabled. The underlying coins are identical. Rescan if in doubt.
Address does not match my other walletIt should. Tap Receive in both wallets and compare. If they differ, you imported different words somewhere. Re-import from the coin.
Forgot my passwordWipe and re-scan your coin. Set a new password.

Before you message supportRescan your wallet first. Most "my coins are gone" reports are the wallet looking at a different address path. Rescanning fixes it.
