Not Receiving Your mineTXC Magic Link with Mailfence
If you're not receiving your mineTXC magic link through Mailfence, temporarily disabling the Antispam Filter may allow the login email to come through.
Issue
If you use an encrypted or privacy-focused email service such as Mailfence and are not receiving the magic link required to access your mineTXC dashboard, your email provider's spam or filtering settings may be blocking the login email.
Some members of our community have found the following workaround in Mailfence helpful in allowing the magic link to come through.
Resolution: Mailfence Antispam Workaround
Note: This workaround requires the desktop version of Mailfence.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Mailfence account using the desktop version.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Messages.
- Select Filters.
- Locate the Antispam Filter.
- Temporarily disable the Antispam Filter.
- Return to the mineTXC login page.
- Request a new magic link.
- Check your Mailfence inbox for the login email.
- Open the magic link to access your mineTXC dashboard.
Important Security Note
For your security, we do not recommend leaving your Antispam Filter disabled any longer than necessary.
Once you have received your magic link and successfully logged in to your mineTXC dashboard, turn the Antispam Filter back on.
Troubleshooting
If you are using a different email provider and still are not receiving your mineTXC magic link, the issue may be related to that provider's:
- Spam or junk mail settings
- Email filtering rules
- Privacy or security settings
- Anti-phishing or security protocols
Check your email provider's settings or support documentation for instructions on allowing or receiving security/login emails.
Tip: If possible, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders before requesting another magic link.
