Overview

The Iskander Digital Mining Cooperative (IDMC) uses a set of internal terms related to cooperative governance, digital mining operations, and member compensation. This glossary is designed to help users interpret common language used in dashboards, onboarding materials, and governance documentation.

Key Terms

Affiliate Compensation Plan

A structured system that determines how members earn rewards through participation and network growth. It is based on a binary structure and includes tier-based payout rules tied to real revenue activity.

Binary Structure (Pay Leg / Overflow Leg)

A two-branch system used to track member activity:

  • Pay Leg: Direct enrollments or contributions made by a member
  • Overflow Leg: Network-generated activity placed into a member’s secondary leg

Earnings are often calculated based on the balance between these two legs.

Board of Administrators

An elected governance body responsible for oversight of the cooperative’s operations, budgeting, and strategic direction.

Committee System

Specialized working groups that manage different operational areas such as mining operations, finance, compliance, and compensation rules.

Cooperative (IDMC)

The Iskander Digital Mining Cooperative is a member-driven organization that coordinates mining activity and distributes rewards based on participation and governance rules.

Direct Volume

Activity or participation generated directly by a member, typically through onboarding or engagement within their Pay Leg.

Hashrate (Mining Power)

Computational power used in mining operations. Higher hashrate generally contributes to higher potential mining rewards.

ISK Token

A digital asset distributed within the Iskander ecosystem as part of mining and participation rewards.

TXC Token

A secondary digital asset used within the ecosystem alongside ISK for reward distribution and system balancing.

Member

A registered participant in the cooperative who may contribute through mining participation, governance voting, referrals, or other approved activities.

Mining Operations Committee

A governance group responsible for overseeing mining infrastructure, system uptime, and operational efficiency.

Overflow Volume

Network-generated participation that flows into a member’s Overflow Leg. This is subject to system-defined limits and rules.

Real Revenue Rule

A principle stating that rewards are distributed only from actual incoming revenue, not artificial or simulated volume.

Referral Bonus

Rewards given to members for successfully introducing new participants into the cooperative.

The member who directly refers and enrolls a new participant into the system.

Tier Levels

Defined levels within the compensation structure that determine payout rates and eligibility for higher reward thresholds.

Wallet (ISK Wallet)

A digital wallet used by members to receive ISK and manage reward balances within the ecosystem.
