Dashboard FAQ

Why is some of my hash locked?

You chose a Coin Lock at purchase (3, 6, or 12 months) in exchange for bonus hash. The locked portion releases automatically when the lock period ends.

Why don't I see my ISK yet?

New ISK starts as Pending, moves to Escrow, and is distributed to your wallet on a recurring schedule. If your ISK wallet address is missing or unconfirmed, rewards stay in Escrow until that's fixed.

What is escrow?

A safe holding account inside Iskander. It keeps your earned ISK protected until it's ready to be sent to your wallet. The balance is yours — it's just not on chain yet.

Why is my Active Hash different than my Total Hash?

Total Hash includes everything you own (Active + Locked + Bonus). Active Hash is just the portion currently mining. The rest unlocks over time based on your Coin Lock terms.

Why do I see multiple sales for one miner package?

Each purchase can generate companion lines: a Lock Bonus, Stretch installments, and Promotion lines (e.g., Buy 3 Get 2 Free). Together they make up your full package.

What is a stretch installment?

A scheduled follow-up payment for a package you chose to pay for in three parts instead of one.

What is hash commission?

Hash you earned because someone you sponsored made a purchase. Paid in hash power (not cash) and added to your mining total.

Why did I receive bonus hash?

From a Coin Lock, an active promotion at the time of your purchase, or a hash commission earned from someone you sponsored.
