The QR code won't scan
- Clean the coin surface and try again in good light.
- Hold the phone steady, a hand's width from the coin.
- Enter the address manually if scanning still fails.
A balance looks wrong
- Pull down on the dashboard to refresh.
- New transactions take time to confirm — check again in a few minutes.
- Make sure you're looking at the right coin network.
I'm not getting alerts
- Check notifications are allowed for the app in your phone's settings.
- Make sure you signed in and saved your coin list in the Me tab.
