Restoring Wiped ISK Wallet Addresses

Why has my ISK payout wallet address disappeared and how do I fix it?

During a database upgrade on June 19, some payout-wallet records were unintentionally removed. To fix this:

  1. Sign in to your back office at backoffice.iskandernetwork.com.
  2. Navigate to 'Payout Wallets' on your dashboard.
  3. Click 'Add Wallet' and paste your ISK address.
  4. Check your email for a confirmation link and click it to activate the wallet. If you do not see the address after following these steps, check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.
